Solution Architect (DK)

You will be responsible for scoping and defining the solution architecture of eCommerce projects for our clients and afterwards guide the team of developers on actively building it. Throughout the projects you will be the go-to person at finding the right trade-offs between technical and business requirements. 

You will build your understanding of the client’s needs through facilitating workshops with the client and relevant stakeholders (such as ERP partners etc.). Internally, you will provide sparring and guidance for our developers and tech leads, helping them understand the goals of the projects, but also to find solutions when new requirements are discovered. 

• Define solution architecture of new eCommerce projects in close collaboration with clients, developers and some times also our partners.
• Advise clients on the pros and cons of architectural decisions, helping them make informed decisions.
• Facilitate initial workshops with clients, discovering business requirements and uncovering which integrations are necessary.
• Scope, plan, and manage long-term implementation projects, keeping both clients and development teams on track with well-defined timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain a highly structured approach, ensuring all aspects of the project are managed efficiently and diplomatically, especially when working with diverse stakeholders, including external customers and internal web developers.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on consultancy and technical eCommerce experience.
• Familiarity with the eCommerce platform management or digital project implementations. 
• Strong ability to design scalable platforms and identify likely challenges in early stages.
• Excellent communication skills and a diplomatic approach to managing both developers and clients, ensuring clear and constructive collaboration.
• Experience with workshops or similar formats of early-stage discovery.
